[Solved] Activation after motherboard change not working

The Power supply of my first (Very old) PC tower broke. So I got a new 2nd gen Core i7 PC tower. I put my first SSD from my first tower in the second tower. The windows 10 on the first/Old SSD did not go all the way to my desktop at startup. Then I used its original Windows 10 DVD to install windows on the new tower's SSD using the activation code that came with the DVD.

But now it says my windows is not activated. When I try to use my Microsoft account (and I only have one Microsoft account) it just says there are no devices It can use to activate my Windows.

Does this mean the old PC tower is the only one on which my Windows could ever be activated?
    ------edit-----
I typed in the activation code into the activation settings. It is working now.
