1 DropBox
Your user folder paths point to Dropbox folders.

If DropBox say that that is normal after uninstalling DropBox then what they are really saying is that they deserve to have a pineapple inserted where a pineapple should not fit.

I suggest you restore the default paths for your user folders - Restore default locations of user folders - TenForumsTutorials

2 F:\ drive
I'm worried about how we got onto the subject of that drive. I found this

I wanted to suggest that you removed that drive to prove that it is not being used by your user account but I ought to understand how we got onto the subject in the first place.

Two entries in Quick access is not a problem. But I'm worried that they do not have pins showing next to them.
The normal procedure would be Pin or Unpin Locations from Quick access - TenForumsTutorials
You might need to reset Quick access and then pin your desired folders back on it again using Reset and Clear Quick Access Pinned Folders - TenForumsTutorials

Well, you said it had been created by just copying it at some stage so I assume its contents are merely what they happened to be on the day you copied them.
Personally, I'd temporarily back up the whole of the F:\ drive then delete its contents. Leave it a week, in which you shutdown & restart at least once, then delete the temporary backup.

Why did we ever start talking about the F:\ drive? It was something to do with a shortcut.

Just on a side-note, if you hover your cursor in the Navigation pane in a clear area below the Network entry then right-click & select Expand to current folder then you'll get a much more useful view of where you are.

The reset was because you were worried about having two shortcuts to your Desktop pinned to Quick access.
Your Quick access now looks normal - each entry has a pin next to it so you could, if you ever wanted, remove any individual pinned item.

You do not have three Desktop folders.
Your diagram shows
1 A shortcut to your Desktop pinned to Quick access. If it's handy then leave it there, if it's not then unpin it.
2 An entry within ThisPC that is dressed up to look like a folder but is in reality a shortcut to your Desktop. This is one of File explorer's "helpful" features. I remove it & the others using Add or Remove Folders from This PC - TenForumsTutorials
3 Your Desktop folder at C:\Users\Michael\Desktop.

As far as I recall, it started from posts #23 & #24.
I stored some big folders on drive F: and sent the shortcut to the desktop (see screenshot).
