I suggest you start over

Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
To install as Legacy-MBR you must boot the installation drive as Legacy
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.

If you have a UEFI BIOS, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives from the MB.

During POST, press F12(?) to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name) if you want to install as UEFI-GPT or select USB (name) if you want to install as Legacy-MBR.
Go to install and delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.
If you don't want to use MS account, don't enable updates or connect to the internet during installation.

Note: the exception to deleting ALL partitions would where you personally have created partitions used only for data, and wish to keep them.

Why can't I just do my restore to May 1 which is my last one.

You've repeatedly said, I think, that you can't boot from a Macrium R bootable disk.

Further, does your image contain ALL the partitions comprising your O/S- or just the Windows partition?

The question of whether you have a hardware problem remains, of course.

Were you to correctly clean install Win 10 and still find your system crashed, you would at least begin to have some indication there is another issue underlying this.

Complementing what Dalchina mentioned, once you finish the clean install you can install Macrium Reflect and create a boot able Reflect rescue USB drive. Then you can restore the drive you had before.

Seems you are heading for a fresh clean install then...?

You didn't deleted all partitions on the drive.

Do note that a clean install will lose all your data on partitions you delete, and all programs and your accounts. I hope you have appropriate backups, and details such as licenses for installed programs, browser favourites etc.

Why not format the drive? You really really need to follow the instructions and do the right thing, or this thread will go on for ever.

You have that option in the same screen as deleting partitions.

And so far you've not attempted to do more than run Dell diagnostics to determine whether you've a hardware problem.

Now here's one thing that puzzles me:
- if you can boot from a Win 10 installation disk, why can't you boot from a Macrium Reflect disk? Seems very odd.

Create yourself a live boot disk (Google if unsure what that is - e.g. Bob Omb's, Hiren's... on another PC preferably), boot from that and see if your PC stays up. You can also then run checks on your disk, check your RAM delete partitions etc.
