Backup of personal data. You have that
Boot/install media as win10 install usb. You had that.
Drivers for your new motherboard as network drivers, chipset, graphic drivers as cereberus wrote. Have you downloaded that for your new system?
install/product keys for your software. I guess you have that?
More than that is not really needed for the install it self.. The rest of software as Firefox/chrome or what you using can be solved after you have your new system up and running.
When your system is installed, and you have made all tweaks as desktop theme, background, software.. Make a disk image of your system drive.. then you have a clean backup.
I have built to many systems and i don't do more then i have already mention in this and the before post.
The key thing i do is a image of the old system drive, just in case i have forgot something.. that way i can open that drive and retrieve it.
