    You can easily rebuild the boot manager. You don't need to reinstall anything.

    Is your drive configured as Legacy - MBR or UEFI -GPT?
    Do you have a Win 10 installation drive?

    On another pc, install Macrium Reflect and create a usb recovery drive.

    Boot from it on your pc, and select link to fix windows boot problems.

    Have a look at this thread.. someone with the same problem as you, with the need to fix the bootloader.
