How to Stop Auto Upgrade to Win 11?

I just read a post over 580 days old, so it said to start new thread.

How can I stop an Automatic Upgrade to Win 11 on a new Win 10 machine?
I want to stay with 10 Pro, just personal reasons, lol!

But, maybe I need to start looking for a new laptop with TPM chip (?).

My current 2017 one is acting up (getting help here already).

Got it. But I'm looking at buying new 10 Pro that does have the ability to upgrade (because only a year old), and I just don't want a forced 11 Upgrade.

On the Win Updates setting, is there anything in Advanced Options to prevent an Upgrade (vs. Update)? Thanks.

New computers already comes with Win 11

Yes, new computer that still has 10 Pro, I just meant a laptop with newer tech. I’ve found several new ones, all brands, that still have 10, upgradable to 11.

I have several devices that have Windows 10 Pro, and I keep getting full page demands that I "upgrade" to Windows 11, not going to happen. I have solid systems which are locked down, minimal spyware from Microsoft, no ads, and they work. How do I stop the constant demands I "upgrade" to Windows 11?

Why wait? Going 100% Linux will also stop you Windows 11 "banner ads". And it will also "stick it" to MS now because they will have to subtract 3 or 4 or so computers from their market share of computers with Windows on them. By staying on Windows for the next 2 years you are only encouraging MS.
