In the bios the ssd is in the first position to boot?
I don't think it's because of the ssd coming from a laptop.

In the bios if the sata parameter is on raid, put it on ahci and redo a clean install.

No nothing to configure for the nvme.

If the bios is configured on legacy/mbr you must choose the name of your usb key, if it is configured on uefi/gpt you must choose the name of your usb key, with between brackets, uefi.

At the beginning of the clean install you press the key that opens the boot menu to choose either the name of your usb key with or without the indication uefi. You need to know the key to open the boot menu.

Before that you must go to the bios to find out if it is configured on legacy/mbr or uefi/gpt.

Edit: Do you make a usb install media with microsoft's tool? It's better than rufus.

My mainboard supports both of them because of CSM. My settings are CSM enabled

Storage Boot Option controll UEFI only
Other PCI Device Rom Priority UEFI only

Should i change something/ should i boot over UEFI?

No, change nothing for now. But if it hasn't already been done, make an installation media with the microsoft tool. Then you press the key that opens the boot menu and if there are 2 times the name of your USB key including one with uefi, you test both to do the clean install.

Disable CSM in bios. If that doesn't work then do a clean install again with csm disabled.
