For some reason it did not recognise the bcedit command even when i was in the right drive

Did you make a typo in the command? If the error message you got was saying "not recoginized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch", then that would immediately explain it.

Oh, i forgot a space. But still when i followed all instructions it did not boot over the NVME.

So i have another question: in a german forum i found someone with a similar issue. Do i need the install to be for UEFI or Legacy? Because there is a tool to make the install Drive for UEFI or Legacy. I think i would need UEFI or am i wrong (probably because nothing is working)

So because the problem still it that the drive is not recognised as a bootable drive, can someone give me some checks/step to step guide on hoe to troubleshoot? Sorry if im being dumb, i had a really rough week.

Thanks, ill try that. Otherwise, I’ll just try to use Samsung Data migration when i can get my old hdd to work again. At least Samsung says that you can migrate the data from HDD to SSD, so this should work right? Because the problem is the booting if i understand it correctly.
