It looks like this drive wasn't GPT. Should I convert the new SSD to MBR and change the BIOS to Legacy?
As I mentioned before I couldn't boot into this original Windows 10 so Tuneup_plus_log.bat wouldn't run because PowerShell won't run in recovery mode.
Every time I post something to this thread on the same day the Quick Reply doesn't clear out. Is there a way to clear it out after I post so I can post a second time with new information?

Diskpart indicated that the disk drives are MBR.
Please boot BIOS with each:
Legacy
UEFI with CSM
and report findings.
Run sfc /scannow on each Windows 7 partition.
If Windows 10 boots then run the tuneup plus script and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

If possible, instead of posting results directly into this thread, please use share links for the script results.
With share links the results can be compared side by side.

Boot to the BIOS > look for the menu for Legacy, UEFI, CSM, etc. > take pictures of the menu options > post images or share links into this thread
If possible, run these commands on the original drive first and on the new drive second.
(the commands typically can be copied and pasted all at one time to view immediate results)

How had you moved from one disk drive to the other?
a) Was an image restored or was a clone made?
b) How did the disk drive move from MBR to GPT (was this an image restore instead of a clone?)
c) What happened to the old drive (931 GB) (WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0) where BCDEDIT results displayed:
The boot configuration data store could not be opened.
d) What happened to the old drive where reagentc /info displayed disabled?
e) How did C Win10 grow from 65 GB to 137 GB?

I cloned the drive with Macrium.

I used Partition Magic to convert it from MBR to GPT.

I have the old drive. It wasn't the boot drive. There were three drives. The boot drive died. I couldn't read it at all.
I paid for the boot drive to be repaired. The boot drive had both Windows 7 and XP installed on it.

I don't think it was required. It doesn't surprise me.

I have no idea. Does it matter? I'd like to fix the new drive. I have no need to fix the old drive.

I had them both plugged into the PC. I booted to a Macrium USB. I cloned the partition.
I unplugged that drive and plugged in the boot, Windows 7, Windows 7, XP and booted with Macrium USB to clone the partitions.
There were too many partitions so I converted the drive to GPT with Partition Magic.
If I did something wrong I can re-do it.
