There were quite a few Optional Intel Updates so I clicked and installed them all... but still getting ITBM Driver Not Available.

Also, the time is 2 hours behind. I checked and set it to time zone auto. Could this be because I replaced the battery? I put in a brand new one.
When you replace the battery you loose the real clock settings.

from Overview of Intel(R) Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0
Q: Do I need to install any software (or driver) to get Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 to run in my system?

No. No need to install any driver. Make sure you upgrade your Windows OS to the latest version, and your processor supports Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0.

Q: Is Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 enabled automatically or do I need to install it?

The Windows OS has native support for Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 and the feature is enabled automatically. The processor feature Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 is enabled in the hardware and p-code. The OS knows this feature of the processor and loads the native support. There's no need to enable in the BIOS or OS. Running a tool like Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) can monitor the processor's Intel® Turbo Boost Max 3.0 frequency.

You still have to check if Memory XMP is enabled on BIOS.
    Enter BIOS
If EZ tune menu, press F7 to turn to advanced menu.
On the AI Tweaker menu - AI Overclock tuner - select XMP and choose a profile

To clean the drive 4 EFI partition (4.6TB)

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    diskpart
list disk <- note the disk number of the 4.6T drive (it should be 4)
select disk # <- replace # with the drive identified above
list par <- note which partition is the EFI System partition (it should be 1)
select part # <- replace # with the partition number identified above
    del part override
    exit
Is this important to do? It's only 200 MB and the letters are all different again.

    Will check BIOS right now

I did the cmd disk stuff.... now it has 201MB unallocated.

    Checking BIOS now

The unallocated is better to live as it is.

For the Thunderbolt, you must have a PCIe card on one PCIe slot and a small cable from the Thunderbolt internal connector to the PCIe card. And you have to configure on BIOS in witch PCIe slot is the Thunderbolt PCIe card is.

    Ver,

I agree with Luiz. You can leave drive letter assignments until all the technical challenges have been overcome so you've finished the installation job itself.

Thank you both so much! He needs to start editing today so I'm going to let him back on. I probably won't be able to get back on here until next Monday.

    Enjoy lunch! :)

    @Ver, to think about.

The Areca thunderbolt drive storage maybe just not configured right on BIOS
You have to set the PCIe location on BIOS. 3.6.12 pag 3.19

The MB BIOS has an option to save profiles. It is good to save the current configuration on a drive. My Favorite pag 3.12

The Workstation you have is a fantastic computer. For sure it wasn't properly assembled and configured.
For what I understood, the Windows is installed on a 2.5" SSD that can deliver 600MB / s. You have two M.2 connectors that you can install a NVMe drive that can deliver more than 3000MB /s, limited to the PCIe 3.0 x4 mode.
For US$100 you can buy a 1T Samsung 980 Pro (the best of the best), clone the current OS from the 2.5"SATA to the NVMe drive.
The MB came with a tower and a screw to fix the M.2 22x80 NVMe drive(page XV). You must find out to see if the screw is on the tower. You may need to remove the heat sink (pag 2-11)

Were you able to enable XMP on BIOS?

    That is a good idea.

Yes I was able to enable XMP on BIOS. for profile I picked top choice that said DDR4 or something to that effect. The other choice was a lone "V."

Thank you again for your help. You are fantastic!
