    Faulty Win10 2015 LTSB

    Hi there

I have a laptop, an "Abook GamerXQS". I use it mainly for music production. It is an Intel® I7-6700HQ 2.5-3.5GHz 6MB, fairly old, but still quit well functioning. Full specs I found online at: Log into Facebook (because at present I cannot retrieve the info from my own machine):

I usely re:install win10 now and then on it without problems, but not this time:

I read online that a certain "Win10 2015 LTSB", was espcially well for music production, so I found an ISO file online, downloaded it and created a bootable usb install using Rufus.

When using the stick, it came up with this announcement (picture one), so I re-created the stick using the configuration suggested - "partition scheme -> MBR", "target system -> BIOS (...)", and ran the operation again; selecting bootmenu (F7, in my case), and selecting the usb drive.

So I managed to install the version of Win10, updating it with its native Windows Updating system and with drivers using IO Driver Booster. Managed to get to boot into Windows, but hen something accured, a faulty something (windows is not that specifik about it), wichich made it unstable.

I thought a re:install could do the trick; but apperently not quite so - the re:install try got stuck even closer to the beginning at this screen (picture two), some screen that shuold let me choose between to differnt kind of types of logging into future full install Win10 2015 LTSB. Never got that far.

So, now, at present, I cannot boot into either boot menu (usely F7), or BIOS (F12, as I recall), in fact the usual boot up screen presenting me to these options, does not accour. The laptop boots directly up with the screen, it got stuck with on last faulty install try (picture two). I cannot reach BIOS, nor boot up menu.........now....

PLEASE, let me know your thought on this one

    Kindly
    Morten

Why are you trying to use a out of date Enterprise edition of W10?

That is also my thought on this one. And, in addition, how did you plan on activating it?

I wanted to try it for a better musical performance. As for activation, well, I surpose the could happen from within win10 itself?

LTSB editions are not meant to be used as you are wanting to use it, nor will it activate without a Enterprise license.
