    Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet to download the media creation tool?
    Are you disconnecting all your peripheral devices apart from mouse & keyboard & disabling any third party antivirus software before downloading/installing Windows?
    Have you tried downloading the Windows 10 .iso rather than the media creation tool?

    The Media Creation Tool requires TLS 1.2 enabled. Enable the TLS 1.2 protocol.
