Do I need initialise new disk before installing Windows? I know is very easy to initialise it to MBR or GPT, but I somewhere hear is better install it on unallocated space. So I dont know, if that also apply to initialisation.

You should be able to just install it to the unallocated space.
The installer should take care of everything else.
Generally... you'll want to unhook all the other drives, and the internet, before you start the install.
Clean Install Windows 10
As I said, I know is best install Windows to unallocated space. But unallocated space can be initialised to MBR or GPT.
In diskpart before installation I type "clean" which completely erase all partitions. My disk is now MBR, but I think that also remove initialisation.
Do I need also type "convert GPT" after "clean" command if I want install Windows in UEFI mode or is enough install it without "convert GPT" command?

You'll want the disk to be GPT.
Windows 10 can do either, but Windows 11 will want a GPT disk.
And if you want it to be able to boot Windows, you'll need to match the Secure Boot setting to the disk type...
And yes, there are work arounds that will allow you to install Windows 11 on that computer.
Yes... convert to GPT.
Then reboot, enter the BIOS and set Secure Boot as shown... then install Windows.
During the install, Windows will reboot a few times.
If the Secure Boot setting doesn't match the disk type... you will have problems.
Here's the best reason for GPT...
Windows setup will handle EVERYTHING. You do not need to do ANYTHING.
Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
The drive will be initialized as MBR or GPT depending on how you boot the Win 10 installation drive.
If you boot the Win 10 installation drive as Legacy, windows will be installed as Legacy - MBR.
If you boot the Win 10 installation drive as EFI, windows will be installed as EFI - GPT
To install as Legacy-MBR you must boot the installation drive as Legacy
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.
If you have a UEFI BIOS, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives (SATA or Power cable) from the MB.
During POST, press F12(?) to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name).
Go to install and delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.
If you don't want to use MS account, don't enable updates or connect to the internet during installation.
The BIOS settings will impact the drive partition architecture.
If Legacy is selected then the Windows drive will be MBR.
If UEFI is selected then the Windows drive will be GPT.
It is not necessary to initialize a disk before installing Windows.
When a drive has multiple partitions and there is a plan to clean install Windows then all partitions are deleted making an unallocated disk drive.

Windows uses the partition style to understand how to access the data on the disk. Well that tab you posted has nothing to do with MBR or GPT. Its Secure Boot settings and this only works with UEFI boot and disabled CSM. Now i have system installed in Leagacy MBR mode and i didnt touched this settings. It is Windows UEFI mode by default. That "Other OS" is just secure boot disable button, thats all.You'll want the disk to be GPT.
