    Hi, two things:

    a. A clean install is just that. No files and programs carried over or transferred from any previous installation.

To which tutorial (in which site!) are you referring?

    b. Your query relates to Win 11. This is tenforums - elevenforum.com supports Win 11.

    Have you joined that forum?

    Thanks.

I have no idea about whether you're logged in to elevenforum or not.

If you can't use that forum for some reason (but others can) then you could ask the admin for help.

    Dasha,

I've answered your ElevenForum query in your previous thread because that's where you first asked this question -
How to create a new ElevenForum thread - my post #6 - TenForums

If I have misunderstood you and you are talking about not being able to add a post to an existing thread then please say so and
    - Confirm that you are not trying to use Internet Explorer, and
    - State which browser[s] you have tried to post with, and
    - Include a screenshot so we can see what you see.

    All the best,
    Denis

    You are expected to type
    - your title in the green area,
    - your explanation in the blue area [yours looks very small, mine starts out being 8 lines deep & expands as I type],
    - your Windows version in the purple area.
Are you saying that it does not let you type in those areas?

Usually problems like this (on any site) are due to corrupt files in your browser's cache. Clear all your browser's temporary files/cookies for the site with an issue, then try again.

    Browser issues- more suggestions:

    a. for comparison, try a different browser.

    b. try your current browser in its safe mode. (Not windows Safe Mode - each browser has a way to run it without addons).
However Edge is a bit different. Google will help you as to how to do it.

    c. Look for a way to reset your browser - but make sure you understand what you may lose by doing so.
