You have to make it simple. As you have two system drives (0 and 2) it is possible that you're booting from one drive and transferring the boot sequence to the other drive.
My suggestion is to detach (SATA or Power cable) from drive 1 and 2 and see if you can boot from drive 0 (Legacy-MBR).
Then detach (SATA or Power cable) from drive 0 and 1 and see if you can boot from drive 2 (UEFI-GPT).

If you can't you can do a Boot repair booting from a USB Win10 installation drive. To fix drive 2 with a boot repair you must boot the USB Win10 installation drive as UEFI
