Update regarding NavyLCDR's suggestion. Here are a series of 5 more images in my Google Drive...

...I rebooted, switched to EFI Compatible BIOS, and selected "Windows Boot Management" as the boot device.

...it brought me into a Recovery screen.
Pressing F1 rebooted and sent me right back to the above screen.

...finally, pressing F8 sent me here.

After that, I didn't know what to do, so I reverted changes, and manually booted my "Intel Volume0_SSD_Boot" volume.

MBR2GPT can be performed after testing the FAT32 boot and deleting this new partition.
zbook, I had already tried that before trying NavyLCDR's suggestions. Trying it again, I reverted my 4th partition back to unused, and ran the validate. It did not pass, as shown in this image...

BTW, I'm also not sure my 3rd partition of 542MB does any good. How do I test if it has a valid Recovery in it?

MBR2GPT can not be performed when there are 4 partitions.

The FAT32 is for testing purposes.

If it works then you can boot using UEFI and have a GPT drive.

If the FAT32 works then delete the partition and attempt MBR2GPT without data loss.

There is so much other stuff going on with the RAID array and the pagefile for some reason being moved off C: drive, it's just too weird for me....I gave the only hint that I know of. I'm not exactly sure what was trying to be accomplished with all the weird disk partitions and RAID.

Prior to the Win10 upgrade, the C: drive was a pair of 120GB SSDs. There wasn't any room left for a pagefile, or even a hiberfil.sys file, which I also had to remove. Because Windows maintains a history of every patch it ever installed in WinSXS, and because one cannot remove anything from WinSXS, it grew to be more than 33% of all used space on C: drive over time. Besides, the PC has 32GB of RAM. A pagefile is entirely redundant. I could probably operate it without one.

Sorry for the dumb question, but which partition are you suggesting I delete, and then what procedure to follow to convert?

Please report into the thread whether the computer boots properly with the new FAT32 partition.

If it does you can then delete the new FAT32 partition and try MBR2GPT.

The MBR2GPT needs to start with 3 or fewer partitions.

First, the FAT32 partition was already deleted and returned back to the boot disk as "Free space".

Second, the boot disk is back to its usual...
    1. System Reserved - 100MB NTFS - (System, Active, Primary Partition)
    2. C: drive - 921.07GB NTFS - (Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, Primary Partition)
    3. Recovery - 542MB NTFS - (Primary Partition)

Third, I decided to switch the BIOS out of "Legacy BIOS" and into "EFI Compatible" mode and reboot... nothing bootable. I turned the PC all the way off and back on again, went back into BIOS, and still there were only the 3 options... (1) CDROM, (2) Volume1, and (3) CompactFlash card reader

Finally, on a complete lark, I decided to set "Intel Volume1_HDD_Data" as the first boot device with the CDROM as the second and the 3rd option Disabled, (despite none of those having any boot records whatsoever on them) just to see what would happen. Weird. It booted. I'm going to call that a feature, take the win, and shut up now.

    Very well.

    • pic 1 is the place in my BIOS that allows me to pick either "Legacy ROM" or "EFI Compatible ROM" (the latter is chosen).
    • pic 2 shows Boot Option #1 set to "Intel Volume1_HDD_Data" (i.e. D: drive), which has zero boot data on it.
    • pic 3 shows Boot Option #2 set to "P4: ATAPI iHAS124 B", which is my empty CDROM drive.
    • Boot Option #3 is left Disabled
    • pic 4 shows Disk Management as my PC is now.
    • pic 5 shows Minitool Partition Wizard of same.
I'm actually not sure why D: drive is always shown as split between 2 partitions. D: drive as mounted is one volume of 465GB. Why it appears as a span of 2 partitions of 125.2GB and 340.5GB is lost to time for me, but I guess trivial to this discussion.
    • pic 6 shows msconfig's Boot tab (is that what you meant by "msconfig"?)
    • last attachment is DiskParInfo

I'm not sure exactly what you wanted by...

Pics 1 through 3 were my attempt to accomodate that. My BIOS literally has only one option regarding "EFI Compatible ROM" and then there are the Boot Option menus right below that.
