Update regarding NavyLCDR's suggestion. Here are a series of 5 more images in my Google Drive...

...I rebooted, switched to EFI Compatible BIOS, and selected "Windows Boot Management" as the boot device.

...it brought me into a Recovery screen.
Pressing F1 rebooted and sent me right back to the above screen.

...finally, pressing F8 sent me here.
After that, I didn't know what to do, so I reverted changes, and manually booted my "Intel Volume0_SSD_Boot" volume.
