Same problem. Everything says the product key I've been using for years is invalid. I THINK, from looking at what I've still got, I have a "good" license for Windows 8.1. That puts 8.1 Pro on. I suspect I upgraded that to Windows 10 somewhere early in the last decade. For whatever reason, Microsoft - in two different instances insists it's NOT a valid key.

Does "slui 4" from powershell not work for you still? I just tried now and it came up fine here.

if I just hit slui it takes me into the windows activation, but if I type slui 4 it just returns... Doesn't do anything.

The slui 4 works for me, just takes a bit before the panel comes up for choosing the country.
