    Windows 10 64bit Pro/Enterprise

    I need to download either Windows 10 21H2 Pro/Enterprise.
The issue is my laptop comes with Home edition and the computer automatically detect the home edition in the Microsoft ISO file.

    Hi,

This is a simple process now.

    Move to Pro before upgrading.

Enterprise isn't a free download to non-commercial users without enterprise agreements.

You can however get a 90 day free trial of Enterprise to experiment with.

    Thank you for your reply.

I do not want to format the computer with HOME edition then upgrade it with Pro key.
Is there a way to download only Pro edition please?

    Option One:
    Download Windows 10 ISO File

First, you cannot download the Pro edition- there is no such download. A Win 10 iso includes multiple editions. Which takes effect depends on your license key or digital activation rights.

In your case, I'm guessing you have a key embedded in your BIOS, hence you have the Home edition when you upgrade to Win 10.

I believe the sequence you would need to follow, assuming you have a valid Win 10 Pro key, would be as per this post:
Upgrade Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro

I sure others who have actually been through this will contribute.

It would also help if you gave the make and model of your laptop.

Thank you but I only need Pro edition.
If I download from Microsoft site it will download Home and Pro

    Thanks a lot.

I think this is what I will do because I do not trust downloading Windows uploaded by someone else.

Do you have a valid license for Win 10 Pro?

You clearly haven't understood what activation does and on what it depends.

If you don't have a valid means to obtain the rights to use Win 10 Pro, you are not entitled to legally use it.

    1. Download MS Iso and create bootable usb drive with it.

    2. Create text file called EI.CFG with two lines

    Retail

    3. Copy EI.CFG to sources folder on usb drive

    4. Boot from it, and select PRO.

I've done a few Upgrades from Win7 and Win8/8.1 Pro to Win10 Pro simply by entering the correct Product Key in the Activation panel of System, no reinstall required. It's the Change product key item.
