As others have said, the download from Microsoft contains all editions. If your PC was supplied with W8/8.1/10 Home pre-installed by the OEM then for a clean install Setup finds and uses this key and will install Home automatically.
If you have previously upgraded its W10 Home to W10 Pro then your PC has a digital licence for Pro stored on Microsoft's activation servers. I have one such PC that came with Windows 8.1 Home and that I subsequently upgraded to W10 Pro. After a clean install of 10 Home it is simply a matter of changing the installed key to the generic Pro key. The Pro features are then installed and enabled.

In all the posts, OP does not say if they want to clean install PRO but by inference the whole issue seems to be based on fact the bios embedded key causes Home to be installed. I gave a post a few posts back shoing how to clean install PRO.
What is not clear to me is OP has a pro key or an existing Pro digital licence.
Hi there
why not use UUPDUMP - then you can select PRO and also in the relevant major language you want. (Other ones can be added afterwards).
Cheers
