    Create a dual boot system

I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron 3891 computer (Windows 11 PRO I had a HP P6-1267C Desktop and the motherboard died after 21 months.
I had Windows 10 PRO on the HP desktop with Windows 10 PRO, which I upgraded using the Windows 7 PRO key.
Can I attach the Windows 10 PRO hard drive and make it a dual boot system?
Some information on the web states that you can't and other places states that you can.
    Any help Is greatly appreciated.

Retail keys are transferable and OEM keys are not. What type of Pro key is it?

Activation is based on the motherboard, not the drive, so if you move the drive to the new PC, that won't make it activativate Pro automatically unless you enter a retail Pro key or have one associated with a MS Account your use to log in to the PC.

When you transfer the Windows 10 Pro from the old computer to the new computer, it will automatically pick up the digital license for Windows 11 Pro that the new computer is activated with and activate itself also with that same digital license.

For example, I have Windows 10 Pro installed on an external USB flash drive. I can boot any one of the five desktop and laptop computers I have and it just activates itself with the digital license for Windows 10 or 11 for whichever computer it is connected to.
