Hi All,

Sorry for the long delay in replying ( was busy and away over Christmas). I am just coming back to confirm I found the culprit and will put it on here in case anyone else has the issue. The problem seemed to be with the ST Microelectronics Accelerometer driver. Removing the driver allows us to update and so far this has worked on 100+ machines. Some machines had software in Add/Remove programs which was easy enough to identify but others did not and had to remove the drive either via device manager or powershell.

There may be a newer driver out there which can be used. Thanks for all the help
