The incompatibility popup arises very fast in the upgrade process: Checking you PC gives the reason(s). Up to there, only the $WINDOWS.~BT folder is created and a few ones in the Software Distribution folder.
For this reason, the latest restore point is still available.
You could try the post #3 method or boot in the Windows 10 installer and click repair at bottom left. Troubleshoot and select restore point. Won't take long.
We don't decide if our machine fits Windows 11, MS does.
NB: Our computer meets all requirements and is good to go for 22001.xxx, but we get an Unsupported Processor message for all Dev ISO's when upgrading. A fatal error stops a clean install in terms of seconds. Before finding a real solution and after many attempts, upgrading did not screw up our machine.
