Hi, for anyone to help you please complete specs of your PC (click My Computers below my post for example- tutorials are available to help you do that).

Also its approx age, and the URL for its driver download page.

Please then, as the forum prompted you

(so we don't have to keep asking) state your full build number.

Now get a copy of setupdiag.exe (free from MS), run that and post the result.

Also from an admin comand prompt run
chkdsk c: /scan
and if ok
sfc /scannow

and advise if those pass (don't paste the whole log)

Please note that diagnosing upgrade failure can be tedious, arduous, lengthy and uncertain.
