So if i change unallocated (completely empty) disc to GPT and then i format it and i create one full disc size partition, so there will be only this partiton and no hidden partition? I talk about secondary drive, not boot drive.
    Yes.

So there is no visible diference between MBR and GPT. Just only GPT eat more of HDD space, so final free space will be a little bit smaller.

    Where did you see this?

My priority would be data integrity, so I would choose GPT no matter if the drive size is smaller than 2 GB or not.

A GPT storage drive has no less space than a MBR storage drive.

All my storage drives are GPT.

To install Win 10 as UEFI-GPT all you have to do is to boot the Win 10 installation drive as UEFI, delete all partitions and then proceed.
To convert a MBR to GPT all you have to do is to delete all partitions on the drive and then initialize the disk as GPT and format as NTFS

    A general guide
    BIOS settings
Set Disk mode to AHCI, not RAID
Select OS mode = Windows UEFI or Select OS mode = other + UEFI (depends on BIOS).

Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
To install as Legacy-MBR you must boot the installation drive as Legacy
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.

As you have a new MB, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives (SATA or Power cable) from the MB.

During POST, press F8(?) to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name).
Go to install and delete ALL partitions on the SSD till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.
If you don't want to use MS account, don't enable updates or connect to the internet during installation.

Thank you for this post! I will disable CSM so there will be only UEFI option. Is really necessary detach other drives? I will format both drives so there is no risk of selecting wrong drive for me. I doubt Windows install boot files on both drives by accident.

With enabled secure boot, it will be possible boot from macrium recovery media? Or i need always disable it? And if i try linux live system with secure boot compatibility, is here any chance it change my pk keys in uefi so i will not be able boot my Win 10? Thanks!

Never take a chance, just unplug the Sata power cable from any other drives.
