Windows 10 couldn't update system reserved partition

So I'm using win 7 at the moment and I want to upgrade for DX12 but anytime I try to it just says "We couldnt't update the system reserved partition"
My reserved partition is 100mb and I know you need something like 350mb or something like that but I cant figure out how to get there. I'd rather not to a clean install if that's at all possible.
    Thanks!

Install MiniTool Partition Wizard. Use it to expand your System Reserved Partition to 350mb. You will probably also have to shrink your big operating system partition by the same amount to make room for it.

works like a charm increasing the size of the boot partition; my listing in computer management labled it Data rather than System Reserve, thats what threw me off at first.
