Cannot remove Microsoft Visual Studio C++ nor Microsoft.Net Core SDK

I am described an uninstall problem when using the latest Video Studio Installer with my Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 (that was system info.
    winver reports:

    Microsoft Windows
    Version 21H1 (OS Build 10.0.19043 Build 19043.1348

The Windows 10 Pro operating system are protected by trademark...

These uninstall problems might have been a problem before I uninstalled Visual Studio 2017, but I cannot remove Microsoft .NET Core SDK-2.1.103, nor Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2008 Redistributable x86_64 version 9.0.30729.6161.

Note: I haven't done an exhaustive search on this forum for my issue yet. Apologies if it's a known problem. A google search is worthless.

Hopefully a forum member can review what I found, and offer suggestions to clean up these unwanted packages. I would appreciate any steps I should take. The worst that can happen is I will have some dangling cruft in my system. I could upgrade Visual Studio (free version) from 2017 to the Visual Studio Community 2022 version (released 11/8/2021) version to see if it cleans up the problem. I cannot reinstall 2017 because of the issue described here, it is blocking the Visual Studio installer program, so I will uninstall Video Studio Installer (version 2.11.46.52233 and just use the Visual Studio 2022 installer to install a clean new update.

When I try to delete these versions of C++ or .NET from the Video Studio Installer, the standard Windows App based uninstaller launches and when I choose the .NET version I want and press uninstall, the App reports it failed, displays an error code (0x80070643), and generated a link to a log file of the failure. I'll paste the pertinent section here, but will attach the full log file. I also cannot use the uninstaller app to remove any version of Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2008, the uninstall button seems to engage, but nothing happens, and there is no error message.

The.NET message is a .png file, which can't be attached. I will provide a text version. Note that it says installer, but the action is uninstall. The message "please fix the issues" is a rude joke.

One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and retry setup. For more information see the log file -link-
