Can not boot to any windows product but boots to linux with no issue
have posted these questions before. But I'm having such a difficult time. About a month ago my computer restarted itself after trying to install Call of Duty, when ti restarted it would not come back to windows. I tried windows recovery right away and to no aVAIL, it would not post to windows recovery, whether by boot disk, USB, CD, nothing will make it boot back to windows. Since then I have installed LINUX to try to see if maybe it was a hardware issue, but linux works and operates perfectly.
So far I have,
RMA'ed my motherboard, they swapped it and it came back and the problem has persisted, I have changed RAM, still no boot, I have tried installing windows on another computer and then putting that hard drive on my computer and doesn't boot from it. I have tried legacy, UEFI, enabling and disabling SECURE boot, I have tried EVERYTHING. I reformatted my drives, had my drives out.. I have used HIRENS boot cd, to try to load into Windows PE, it says its loading files, and when its done it just sits on the windows 4 squares splash screen. I am at my wits end.
these are some of the hardware things i have done.
Checking ram sticks
Flashing bios
Upgrading bios
Taking all drives out and just booting windows from USB
Legacy and non-legacy boots
Iso of win 10 from RUFUS
BOOTING UEFI from usb drive and installing windows that way
I also checked my video card by installing it in another computer and putting a known working one in it and still didn't boot.
I have seen this question asked a few times in other forums, but there is never an answer or a solve to this issue. Can someone please help!
