You need to be disconnected from Ethernet and wifi to get past or set up a live account and then change to a local.

With me it is not exactly so.
I am using only wifi and starting the setup with "I don't have internet", then "continue with limited experience" and then setup a local account, which after the install I switch to Microsoft.

At what stage of the installation are you looking for this option? Paste a screen shot, would be of help.

Also, at this point, only generic (graphic/video/monitor) drivers are installed. Make sure the No internet etc option is not scrolled off the bottom of the monitor/screen.

[1] Where did you download the ISO from that you are going to use?
[2 Does it really matter, as you can install Win 10 and then connect to the Internet elsewhere if you want to run WU's etc.

    Hi,

If you are installing "Home Edition" Do not connect to internet" in any way until complete installation finishes. Windows should fall back to local accounts. Also do not insert your windows key during setup.
