I have tried everything to update Windows 10 1607 to 20h2

I haven't used my desktop in a while, hence the 2016 OS version. I moved and have a desk again so I set it up. I've tried everything I was able to research to upgrade windows and it has failed every time.
    OS build 14393.2214
    Attempted Tries:

    Manually activating windows updater
    Trouble shooting
    Restarting computer
    Turning off firewalls
    clean booting
Suggested .bat file commands (I think this was to repair damaged files but I don't understand this fix)
    Windows 10 update assistance
    Reinstalling windows
Microsoft's suggest "start fresh with a clean install" download (I'm not sure if this is different than just reinstalling windows)

I cannot go back to an earlier build as windows says those file no longer exist.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try to do an In-Place Upgrade Repair.

Please confirm you have been offered the upgrade via Windows Update and that Windows Update seems to be functional.

Post a screenshot of your Update History.

    Please download and run
free from MS and post the (short) report.
For more, see the various upgrade logs which it tries to analyse and match - setuperr.log, setupact.log.

There's a reference to setupdiag.exe in one of those.

Please post a screenshot of your partitions using a 3rd party partition manager e.g. Minitool Partition Wizard.
