    The answer to your question is that you will not be able run programs installed on the old Windows MBR disk in a new Windows 11 GPT disk because when you install programs in Windows they put different files in different locations and make registry entries. You will have to reinstall those programs on your Windows 11 GPT disk. The exception to that rule are self-contained "portable" programs.
