Do the operations from outside the installed os.
Create winpe and boot it up

MBR2GPT shows this error: Disk layout validation failed for disk 1-dg-create-winpe.jpg

    There is another solution.
    - With Minitool, right click on the unallocated space created on drive 2 and hit "Create".
    - Give it the name of Reservado, as NTFS and a letter X: . Hit OK and apply.
    - Right click on the X: partition and set as Active
    - Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    bcdboot C:\Windows /s X: /f BIOS

It should boot only with drive 2
Shutdown, detach drive 1 (SATA or power cable) and see if it boots.

    Attach drive 1 again

There is a correction on the commands:
    - With Minitool, right click on the unallocated space created on drive 2 and hit "Create".
    - Give it the name of Reservado, as NTFS and a letter X: . Hit OK and apply.
    - Right click on the X: partition and set as Active
