    Windows 10 update failing

WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free

This is my WeTransfer link with the SetupDiag files. hope this says enough.
Basically my windows acts weird ever since a few months ago. My search doesn't work, Cortana isn't responding, I can barely change my wallpaper, some pinned folders in windows explorer just cannot be unpinned and obviously no matter hhow hard I try the updates will not install.

My idea was updating to Windows 11 in hopes that a new fresh OS might get rid of Win 10 and then I can downgrade back to a fresh install of Windows 10 without loosing my files or anything important on my C drive.

Sorry, it doesnt work like that at all.

There are various ways of attempting to repair your existing installation though.

Basics: check your disk. Get a copy of Hard Disk Sentinel (trial, excellent, covers SSDs, portable version available). Run that, advise report on each disk. Green is good.

    If ok, then run
    chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command prompt. Advise if it passes - not the whole report.

    If ok, then run
    SFC /SCANNOW
    similarly.

    Advise if it passes.

    That's for starters. Thanks.

Noted your setupdiag..exe log and your build is 19041.572
