Not a problem, I keep such discs on hand as never know when will need, better to do it at leisure than when in a panic to get someone fixed.
If you download the ISO direct from Microsoft you get one with an install.wim in the sources folder. If you download the MCT and run it to create an ISO it makes one with an install.esd. They both contain the same Windows, but an esd uses much higher compression than a .wim. That's why it can (just) fit on a DVD.
