    1. From the Microsoft site
If you are upgrading from Windows 10, we recommend that you wait until you are notified through Windows Update that the upgrade is ready for your PC.

    2. as here
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...r6230plqeb9w00

    3, as on the advice
This assistant is for those who wish to:
Upgrade a Windows 10 PC to Windows 11.

Before you begin, check to see if the following conditions apply to you:
You have a Windows 10 license.
Your PC must have Windows 10, version 2004 or higher installed to run Installation Assistant.
Your PC meets the Windows 11 device specifications for upgrade requirements and supported features. Certain features require additional hardware. We also recommend that you visit your PC’s manufacturer’s website for information about updated drivers and hardware compatibility.
Your PC must have 9 GB of free disk space to download Windows 11.
After you download the Installation Assistant:
Select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.
Once the tool confirms the device hardware is compatible, you will be presented with the license terms. Select Accept and Install.
Once the tool is ready, click the Restart Now button to complete installation on your computer.
It might take some time to install Windows 11, and your PC will restart a few times.  Make sure you don’t turn off your PC.

    4. So does the PC meet the requirements
    UEFI
    Secure boot
    TPM 2.0
    in basic detail

    and finally
WARNING: Installing Windows 11 media on a PC that does not meet the Windows 11 minimum system requirements is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11 on a PC that does not meet the requirements, that PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates. Damages to the PC due to lack of compatibility aren't covered under the manufacturer warranty.

HOWEVER that all said , you may find the solution is to uninstall Kaspersky
As it appears that your computer does of course meet the requirements
However that does not mean it is set up correctly for you to upgrade to 11

That's somewhat confused, to say the least, but suggests you have integrity problems with your current O/S.

Bear in mind any upgrade carries risk and potential problems, which may be very hard to resolve.

Suggest you uninstall any 3rd party security before attempting an upgrade.

Suggest you perform basic disk and file system checks (Hard Disk Sentinel, chkdsk), then if SFC, DISM are failing as you seem to indicate, attempt an in-place upgrade repair install of your current O/S - that keeps all progs and data.
N.B. all upgrades carry risk. Are you regularly an routinely using disk imaging as is tirelessly recommended here, so if something breaks badly you can get back to where you were without technical help?
E.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + large enough external storage for image files.

You may not like Win 11. Ensure you have away back (all upgrades can normally be reverted within a set time period).

Once you have ensured the integrity of your current O/S, should an upgrade fail, try using
setupdiag.exe (free from MS) to analyse the log files.

what's confusing in my words ??? with my current operating system windows 10 x64 21h1 build 19043.1266 I have no integrity problems and it works fine ... the tests I performed (check disk dsim and uninstallation of kaspersky) were to try to fix the failed update to windows 11

he/she thought you had problems running sfc scan and others because how you said unsuccessfully. you meant it was unsuccessful in helping is all, not that the commands had any issue.

he/she should not have commented about your punctuation since english is not your first language. he/she does not understand its rude in any language.

you are fine, we are not sure why 11 wont install for you

All of us are here to help mate,

Make sure that current time and date is sync with BIOS clock. The error points to a potential system clock issue.
