I have gigabyte motherboard, its DEL and F12 but after I press one of them I get a black screen
I`m sure you mean, Del and F12 are to bring up the Bios, not the Boot Menu.

Watch the screen when you 1st turn on the PC it`ll show you which key to push, usually F8 to bring up the Boot Menu.

It is easy to do this.

    1) shrink C drive by 6 GB

    2) create partition in unallocated space and format as NTFS, and assign a drive letter.

    3) mount installation iso as a drive

    4) copy all files from iso to new partition.

    5) run setup.exe from sources folder in new partition (not setup.exe on root).

    Voilà.

I'll try this right now. Thanks

Since I've already download windows 10 in usb instead of iso, it's possible to copy all files from usb drive to new partition ?

The subject is also addressed in Kari's tutorial [despite its title]
Clean Install without USB Drive - TenForumsTutorials
and you can copy the contents of your existing USB to the relevant partition.
    - I'd expect that you could also run the procedure directly from your USB but have never tested that idea. You could ask Kari by posting in that tutorial.

I'd include this in my preparations
Backup and Restore Device Drivers - TenForumsTutorials

    Best of luck,
