@bobkn is correct. Any legitimate Windows 10 Pro product key will activate an upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro. There is no need to clean install Pro if you do not want to.
Hi,
As much as clean installs are recommended to fix crap this isn't a big issue.
Installation instructions are also given on the site for items, so odd yes game killer no for the huge price savings lol
Just out of curiosity, I did try to use the Pro key on my existing winver 2004, even though I had already read the disclaimer. It threw an error and I moved on.
I had planned a Clean Install of 21H1 regardless of this opportunity.
The underlined disclaimer below directs you to a MS download link in the Product Description. I was already equipped with the ISO and the key worked immediately on my new Clean Install.
I'm not certain if this is a legitimate key or not, it's working just fine so far.
At the cost of about $18 Canadian, I'm quite satisfied. There was a discount of an additional $6 from the posted price by entering a discount code.

Well, if you notice @W10 Tweaker, I posted that every legit Win 10 Pro key will activate an upgrade from Win 10 Home to Pro. I did not state that every Win 10 Pro product key would upgrade Home to Pro.
1. Disconnect the computer from all sources of internet.
2. Change the Windows 10 Home product key to VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
3. Once the upgrade to Pro completes, reconnect the computer to the internet.
4. Change the Windows 10 Pro product key to the product key that you purchased.
You have now upgraded Home to Pro, without the need for a clean install, and you have used the product key that you purchased to activate the upgrade from Home to Pro.
