    Before you do a clean install, you can follow these 2 steps:
    1. Use the DISKPART tool to remove all partitions from the physical device.
    2. Use the DISKPART tool to create a single large partition on there. If you do that, you can select this same partition in Windows Setup next, and, it won't create an additional partition during the clean installation procedure, so you won't need MiniTool.

    Hello, not sure if you figured out your solution yet but it's not really like a upgrade. It fixes Windows, and it's like a upgrade too. I know the wording isn't like that but it's tehs same concept.
