Finding the right debloated iso

oddly i think this is the best way to go about this.
i need to ask you guys and gals to help me find a
debloated windows 10 iso from within these forums
sadly i have no skills or time to make my own. the
help finding one will be greatly appreciated.

Well said, @dalchina! Also, most of the "lite" or "gamer" Windows 10 ISO files on the internet also contained hacked activation schemes so we cannot link to or recommend any of them on this forum. Not that I would even without the hacked activation schemes anyway. So, @glegster, I'm afraid you're probably not going to find what you desire on this forum.

i have seen it and saved the page, but sadly it was a 100% microsoft stripped version. with only core windows and it was in this forum. plus i do not know how to remove windows store or set timers so maybe someone else can help. let's keep this post open just in case

Given the extent to which you wish to go, you should very seriously create disk images as you go, as I think you will end up breaking something.

You will need to think what happens when you next upgrade Windows. Such an upgrade may not even succeed, or may reintroduce some of the features you remove. But you want to disable Windows Update too. Various 3rd party methods for that, often discussed. 2 tutorials too. You can take complete manual control of Windows Update - I stayed on 1903 for 18 months, then upgraded.

People who wish to disable search indexing usually don't understand it.

Telemetry concerns are hugely overdone- do you think MS wants to know the name of your dog or hack your bank accounts? If concerned about that, you will never use any sort of cloud service or email, for example.

Telemetry concerns is not what you think. when i had gotten my mom a laptop i thought it was a broken laptop because microsofts telemetry was using to much resource and freezing it up. so i rather on my always online games not have performance impacts while playing. and what if i crack a game i bought so i can install mods. billy gates may report me. anyway really try to keep your posts to the original question

if i tended to upgrade it be a full reinstall of an iso of what i originally looked for and newer versions of windows use more cpu and have timer issues

There are of course a few ways to achieve this, but I certainly would NOT download and use a pre-made ISO off of the Internet, you just do NOT know what it has got in it [ Viruses, Spyware, Malware etc etc etc ].

Anyway, in order to achieve what you want, you need a LOT of time to produce a customised ISO for your particular requirements on top of the time needed for testing, that is all part of the fun and learning curve.

I have customised ALL my ISO installs since Win XP. Besides using the OOBE and SysPrep methods, there are basically two other methods, the first is Pre-Installation using a Third-Party Software, and the second is using Post-Installation customisation, which, if you wanted to, you can create an ISO from, but there is NO real need. I have used ALL of the above methods [ Mainly the last TWO ] with excellent results. For me, it is the fun and learning that I get to achieve the exact OS that I want.

The most IMPORTANT part of doing something like this is to create regular System Images, as advised above.

I could write pages on this but I think you get the idea.

i saw a video on how to do it, it was 11 videos amounting to over 11 hours of watching. when he started doing the talk in i will keep this simple and short and i saw how long it was and since i need to take things slow to avoid head aches due to my adhd and my dyslexia with numbers it could take a year to figure it all out. you said you had fun; well i would not. i rather write a book, and i am. i know it may be hard to understand what i am looking for. but one thing is sure not everyone is a piss bot jerk and releases legit debloated windows 10 here. but if you have fun maybe i could compensate you to help me out?
