Where can i get this Windows 10 release (build)?
I have Win10 21H1 ISO but i need latest release.
Is there any site where can i download latest build (ISO) and select language?
What makes you think you need the latest ISO? If you are connected to the internet when you install with your current 21H1 ISO then by default Setup will check for the latest updates, download the update for 19043.1110, and install it during the setup. If you can't connect to the internet while installing, then a check for updates in Windows Update will also download and install 19043.1110.
If you really do need an ISO for 19043.1110 then you can build one using UUPDump.net.

Scroll down a bit to the 'Quick Options' section. On the row labelled 'Latest Public Release build' click on the architecture you require (x86, x64, ARM). Then choose Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H1 (19043.1110) from the list of available builds. You will get an opportunity to choose your language.
