Whenever i try to run mbr2gpt it says disk layout validation failed

Hi,

I'm trying to get my drive from mbr to gpt so I can boot with UEFI, I didn't want to lose my data so I decided to use mbr2gpt, When i did and used the command "mbr2gpt /validate /disk:1 /allowFullOS" it gave me the error saying "Disk layout validation failed for disk 1", I have tried multiple things but I do not know what the problem is, if anyone can help thank you.

Windows Version: 10.0.19043

Well, start with the fact that your Windows installation is split between two disks. @NavyLCDR for example is an expert on partitions.

Hi, How would I put my partitions into 1 without losing data?

1. Rt click c: in disk management and mark it active

2. open an admin command and type:

3. bcdboot c:\windows /s c:
( then press enter )

4. shut down machine and unplug disk0 .OR enter bios and set disk1 first in bios boot order

How do i know if i made the right thing first in the bios boot order?

After you boot, look at disk management again. In the bottom half where it says Healthy (.....

The partition that has the word "System" in the parenthesis is the partition the computer booted from.
