Recovery drive - not happening !!

Well, I've now tried 3 times to make a bootable Win 10 recovery flash USB flash drive but it does not seem to boot up at all. The process finishes with message saying it was successful but all I get on boot up is a funny orange screen (see screenshot below). Also, I had previously cleaned/formatted the USB stick as both Fat32 and NTFS, and diskparted it etc. I will go and buy another USB stick just in case there's a fault on the stick.

Any suggestions before I go and buy a 16 gb USB stick even though windows explorer shows it has been filled with 4.5gb of stuff (see other screenshot showing content of USB stick)

ps: I also tried using Aomei to make a bootable USB but got an error message halfway through process.Problem with Win 10 system repair disk or recovery disk-usb-stick-contents.jpg

I suggest you do not buy another USB stick. Whilst you'll have to wait for somebody more knowledgeable to come along to tell you what to do to resolve matters, I think the problem is caused by an inability to communicate with the display correctly [which was also the problem you had with your CDs].
