I've not had an issue with the MCT process in creating the Bootable USB Drive or downloading the .iso file used as the source to create the Bootable DVD disc.
That's precisely the problem. I don't have a DVD drive, I'm trying to install it from USB sticks.

I'm going to go to my neighbors house, he has 3 Windows towers, I'll try it there just in case it is the computer, the windows one that wont show the USB files to MCT

That's a good plan, it will take some time, a stable Internet connection helps. Follow the steps and be sure to choose the "create for another computer" option when presented, also choose either x86/32-bit or x64/64-bit as your Notebook uses. I use the third choice which includes both as I never know in advance which I'll need when visiting clients.

Just to update anyone who is interested, it was the laptop. For some reason it wont see the usb sticks in MCT, on my neighbor's house it worked fine. Thanks to everyone who helped!
