    Update 21H1 to build 21370

I'm on 21H1 build 19043, and would like to update to build 21354 or newer (Windows Insider Preview?), to test AAC codec support for bluetooth devices. How can I do this without having a Microsoft/Outlook/Live account? I don't want to enable the "Optional diagnostic data" since it shares all my URLs with Microsoft and god knows what other things.

You can use it to download an .iso of the version of your choice.

So updating directly with an ISO the privacy settings stay as they are?

Install with Internet disconnected -- I know on "Clean install" the default requires you to use an Ms account. If you aren't connected then you can use local account. On Update - not sure what happens but if you have internet disconnected then there's no problem. After the install re-connect Internet and then just update as normal via WU .

I wonder if would be just better to jump to Windows 11.

Win 11 is coming out next week to the Insider Dev channel (Fast). Backup and give it a try.

I'm on W11 stable already and very happy. Used StartAllBack to restore W10 taskbar.
