Paul Black these keys can only be entered when the install media asked for them.
Megahertz the machine is new and came with pre installed windows 10 home.
I created a dvd using the MCT and created a ISO file burned and tested it on a blank laptop. all installed as it should.
but when you do a clean install and it starts the dvd to install it does not stop and ask for the key it goes right into the install phase. when it is done activation shows that is actavated with a digital license.
I hope this answers what I am up against.

As you have a OEM computer that came with Win 10 Home, your computer has an ID on BIOS that says that the computer was made for Win 10 Home.
That is why, during installation, it doesn't ask what version you want to install (Home or Pro) and it doesn't ask for a key.
If you don't want to use a Microsoft Account, don't connect to the internet during installation.
