Yep, and running it gives me the same options as always.

The first download is yes, it's a setup.exe file you then run to do all the rest.
I know it is that's what I'm telling the OP.

I'll say this one more time. If you are currently running a 32 bit version of Windows, run the 32 bit setup.exe file. If you are currently running a 64 bit version of Windows, run the 64 bit setup.exe. The first selection has to do with what version of windows your running the tool on. Nothing more. Once you run setup.exe, you get options to download Home or Pro, 32 bit or 64 bit, or both.

It appears you have to be on Windows 10 to access the page. Thanks for your patience and help. Very much appreciate it!

Not true, I upgraded 4 PC's from that page. One was running Windows 7 and the other three were running Windows 8.1 Pro. It's for upgrading to Windows 10. It wouldn't make much sense to restrict access to only PC's already running Windows 10?

If your not using Internet Explorer or trying to access the ISO's from a Phone, you will get different options. ISO download only I believe.

Yes, but setup.exe won't run on a non Windows OS, so if you go to that site on a phone for example. You get different options. You can't do an "Upgrade this PC now option" or run setup.exe. All you get is direct links to download an ISO. Just a heads up to anyone reading this thread wondering why they don't get the screen posted.
