It looks like in the store, the hardware damage covered as system damage?
In warranty it says that it covers hardware problems but hardware problems that are not caused by any physical malfunction. They are not covering any system damage since machine came without OS on it and they were not one who installed it on machine. So when I take it there they say that this error and when I delete files and they come back after restarting is system error and that they can send it to service but service will just send me it back.

I am not even sure that guys who works there know anything, the store is one of the biggest chain of selling all type electric machines in Serbia but what they do is atleast what I think they do is they are always trying to turn down the warranty so their bank accounts stays in plus. Warranty is A4 format all covered in conditions u need to fulfill so u can have rights for warranty. My country is ridiculous, sadly I am stuck here for some period since I am first year of university, if we take out Africans countries and some countries with really low terms of living, Serbia is somewhere there. Country is full of frauds inside and outside of government.
But lets dont go into politic and other stuff since we are here because of computers.

If you open a thread here about installing the SSD in your laptop, you can post here the link.

I would only return to the shop with the police.
    Forget them.

Buy a new M.2 NVMe SSD (See above post 51) and install yourself. I would buy a 512G or 1T.
Buy a Win 10 Home license, boot from the Win 10 installation USB drive as UEFI, delete all partitions and proceed.

I will see what I can do, I just want to thank you all, you are great people, and I am glad that there are still people that are willing to help other people. It is nice to see someone who accomplished a lot in life and the still help.
    Hi, Johnny.....

Don't get too distracted from what you are planning to do. Seems you and Luiz (Megahertz) have pretty much determined your Shop is to be avoided. Cut your losses and move on. Just follow what Luiz says in his post, and when you have the SSD you want and need, start your thread for help if needed. You'll be fine, just stay focused.
