I actually need a bit faster write and read speed, because I will have a lot of files and stuff for university. One more thing, there is no way that I downloaded something to corrupt the SSD? Because earlier I downloaded some mp4 files zipped from WeTransfer site so is there anyway I corrupted disk by that ? And I am actually sorry if my english is bad and if I am talking some things that make no sense, I am soon 20 year old guy so I am not really experienced.

Your disk has a hardware problem. Nothing related to anything you could have done.

So basically if they turn me down again, I just buy a new SSD, install it in my laptop, and then boot windowns through BIOS in UEFI mode and just install. If its new SSD, it should have only one Drive 0 Unallocated space ? And then I prooced normally?

I would only return to the shop with the police.
    Forget them.

Buy a new M.2 NVMe SSD (See above post 51) and install yourself. I would buy a 512G or 1T.
Buy a Win 10 Home license, boot from the Win 10 installation USB drive as UEFI, delete all partitions and proceed.

First, you need an new SSD and an Windows 10 Home license.

Install the SSD, you can find tutorials for that on YouTube or you can start another thread here.

Install Windows, by flashed MCT ISO or included USB in the boxed license. You can find here a tutorial of that. Note that you need to boot to EFI (UEFI) mode.

After installing Windows, you can now install the programs you need.

You can find an Windows 7 Home Premium license today.. but if it's likely a scam.

Well I went to the another shop of the same owner and explained things to a guy and they keep telling me that this is only a system thing, guy took my laptop turned it on and he was checking something and told that as much as he can see nothing hardware related is wrong, I even tried to boot Unbuntu but even got error there, its: error fsyncing/closing/dev/nvme0np1: no data available. I did a research of that online and it basically saying its an SSD problem. It just confirmed what you guys said. They are probably saying to me that this is a system error so they can be able not to take laptop to service. Laptop came without OS on it, so they covered themselves there so they are not obligated to approve warranty for system mistakes.
It is very ridiculous but my own country is ridiculous it self so im not wondering at all.

It looks like in the store, the hardware damage covered as system damage?
