I would say that your M.2 SSD has a problem. It is not accepting deleting or writing on it.
    - It will explain the files you delete and after a restart they are back.
    - It will explain why you can't run check disk
    - It will explain why you can't delete a partition under the installation wizard
    - It will explain why you can't install on an unallocated partition.

I don't know if you can easily buy a NVMe on Serbia.

I have seen some ideapad L340 specs and I see it can have a 2.5" drive and a M.2 (2260 or 2280) NVMe SSD
If you need some help to find a replacement, let me know

You have to buy a new one.

The RPFTJ256PDD2MWX is bottom line SSD.
Any new one will perform better.

Have used some Crucial SSD. So far so good.

See the YouTube link in Windows 10 installation problem for upgrading the Lenovo. It'll give you a good idea of what to do.

Something wasn't well done the last time you took to the repair shop. They installed as MBR and it isn't the default to your comuter.
You don't need to take it to a service shop as it is very easy to change the drive.
If you see the Youtube video Lenovo L340 Gaming Laptop Upgrade Guide - Performance Boost? - YouTube that Fabler2 has posted you will see that you only have to remove the back cover (11 screws) and once open, remove the M.2 (1 screw ) and replace it with a new one. Back the holding screw an the back cover (11 screws).
Then install win 10 as UEFI.

The first time I took it to the repair shop was when I bought it, because in the shops here in Serbia they are selling laptops without an OS. So its been like 8 months from the day I bought it and this is the first time I have problem with it. Why I want to take it to service is because I have rights to bring it back to the shop where I bought it if my laptop break down. They are not covering physical breakdowns, so I think they should cover this and replace what they need. Its just saving the money, but if they dont cover it, I will buy it and replace it since I saw its fairly easy. I want to thank you guys one more time because you help me find out what is going on.

    You're welcome.

I agree. If the laptop has a warranty they should fix it.
