The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chckdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

The thing is that even if I put Y when it restarts it does a normal reboot without checking, its bother me why when i delete apps and files from my laptop they come back after I restart my laptop

It looks like your HDD/SSD corrupted. If you have an Linux Disk or WinPE disk, you can post a screenshot of GParted (for Linux, Install by sudo apt-get install gparted) and Disk Management (for Windows)

Just for clarity, I would see your disk info so I can find an solution.
Don't buy an SSD until you confirm that your PC hard disk is corrupted.

How do I find the dump file, and I dont know why my laptop keep bringing back files I deleted after I restart my laptop, I tried to ran a hard disk scan but it needed restart and when i restarted nothing happened.
And also when I download anything it doesnt want to opet, and I get some archive errors with rar files.
My chrome keeps getting me back on a page from where I downloaded some videos in zipped file, is it possible that those files corrupted my hard drive ?

    1) First of all, lets see if your disk is a Legacy-MBR or EFI-GPT.
    Open disk manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc)
On top menu, under View tab - Top - Disk list.
Does it is a MBR or GPT?
